ANNUAL LEASING - We charge 10% of the monthly rent for property management. This includes:

  • Collecting tenants rent
  • Available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week for tenant contact regarding issues
  • Home inspection every 6 months
  • Access to our network of professionals & repair/maintenance resources
  • No repair markups by our company to repair invoices
  • Act as an intermediary between Landlord and Tenant
